A Note for Fellow
St. Pius Parishioners

Hello, and thank you for taking a moment to visit my website!
You may have seen me around the parish. I host the book club and serve as one of our Eucharistic Ministers. My wife, Rosie, and our boys, Andrew, James, and Peter, and I are grateful to be part of the St. Pius community.
I’m also a local real estate agent with Refuge Properties/Best Choice Realty here in Coeur d’Alene and I created this page specifically for fellow parishioners who may be thinking about buying, selling, relocating, or simply wanting to know more about our community. Need a restaurant recommendation? The name of a good plumber? The best local hikes? Just a friendly chat? I'm always glad to connect because, above all else, I'm a community builder.

Why I Do This Work
For me, real estate is not just about transactions. It’s about helping people put down roots, find a home that truly serves their family, and build a life in a real community.
That’s one reason I chose the name Refuge Properties. A home should be more than a financial asset. It should be a place of stability, hospitality, peace, and belonging.
How I Can Help
I’m happy to help fellow parishioners with:
-
buying or selling a home in North Idaho
-
questions about the local market
-
a confidential home value estimate
-
advice for friends or family considering a move here
-
referrals to trusted local professionals and service providers
Even if you’re not planning a move anytime soon, I’m always glad to be a resource.
What You Can Expect From Me
-
no pressure
-
clear communication
-
practical guidance
-
no pressure
-
a focus on what is best for your family
If I can help, I will. If I’m not the right person for something, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone trustworthy who is.

North Idaho continues to attract families looking for a place to put down roots. If you know someone who is considering a move here, I’m always happy to be a local resource for them.
Helping people find their footing in a new place is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. And if they happen to find a home at St. Pius too, all the better!
