When we asked him to help us, he inquired about what our requirements were. Thus, he found 9 contenders based on his analysis. He had taken us around for a couple of days to visit our potential new homes that he'd picked for us, based on our standards. In a very short time, we had decided to buy one of the contenders Mark Griswold has brought us to. Why? He was quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The most important part of Mark's sales approach is he never pressured us. Took us to some questionable homes I wanted to see. Guided us when he saw a potential issue. We really enjoyed working with Mark and found him the perfect realtor for us. Mark Griswold is truly the best real estate agent ever. We have already recommended him to our friends. At our first showing Mark gave us a copy of a book he wrote, The Incomplete Guide to Buying and Selling Your Home, which proved quite helpful during the entire process. I highly recommend it, along with his services. Mark’s customer service is impeccable. He really is there to help make the process easier. Mark showed us so many homes! Every time we called or texted to see a home he would schedule a viewing for the very next day and often times seeing five or more a day! Each time we viewed a home, if we had any questions Mark couldn’t answer, he would text or call the listing agent and have an answer for us before we left the premises. This was so helpful and sealed our commitment to working with him. Upon finding the home we wanted, Mark took the time to call and schedule several vendors for pricing on services needed. We had quotes from vendors in just a couple of days! This was above and beyond anything we expected. This service he provided certainly helped us to make a quicker decision about the purchase and expedited the work needed after our move. Mark always treated us as though we were his most important client. I think that’s because Mark really does believe all his clients are his most important client.
